Currency Conversion-Constant rate- Elimination Accounts

Hi Friends,

For conversion of Actual PL data @plan or @forecast rate, we need the LC of actual and we run currency conversions based on the rated needed.

The elimination entries for Intercompany accounts are posted in USD (GC) only. Is there a way to get data for those accounts @plan or @forecast rate.

What is the solution if an inter company account has HIST rate type.

You can always translate to required currency using script logic when/endwhen instead of standard currency conversion program.

Using script logic we can hard code the Rate type , so that HIST accounts are also converted @avg rate.

But the Intercompany elimination accounts have data only in USD(GC). There is no LC generated for these accounts.

Do you convert the elims data from USD into LC and then subsequently apply the script to do the currency conversion @avg plan or avg forecast rate.

I have already told you that USD can be converted to any currency, including LC with the script. What is the issue?
