Means how to create the tax code for amortization cost....

Request clarification before answering.
It is a straight and simple configuration and not sure, what efforts you made to configure this process.
You need to have two condition types; one for pricing and one for amortization in your pricing procedure and for these two condition types, you need to have different Account Keys based on which, the amortization cost should post to a different G/L account than the normal revenue account. After these two condition types, you can set the tax condition type with the From-To step number of pricing and amortization.

You have not explained how are you going to recover the amortization cost. Is it an one time invoice or over a period of regular billing? Nevertheless, your pricing procedure should have a separate condition type for amortization cost from which, you can arrive the required tax

This is over a period of regular billing only. Can you please explain this configuration setup briefly i am getting your great points, Please provide me an example with T codes how to fulfill this scenario.............What is the configuration..........
