Creating registers - UPDATE ON SPED EFD ICMS IPI - Blocks 0, C, E and K - LEGAL OBLIGATION.

Hello experts,

I have a requirement where we need to update BRAZIL SPED EFD ICMS IPI, for which we need to create below mentioned registers. Could you please share you ideas on this requirements and help?

Req:

Block 0

0210 – this register must be created just in case there is production or consumption on registers K230/K235.

Block C

C101 – to be created when sales are to end users.

C190- change as per sales to end users, when outgoing NF has more than an item with a different Material Origin or CFOP or Tax Law, must be created a new line on C190 for each item.

Block E

E300-E310-E316 – to be created when sales are to end users.

Block K

K230 – 6-QTD_ENC- quantity must be higher than zero;

k235 - field 05-QTD – it´s not allowed negative quantity.

k235 - fields 03-COD_ITEM , 05-COD_INS_SUBST . If the material is informed on this register, must be informed also in register 0210 – field 02- COD_ITEM_COMP (code of the material (ingredient) that was replaced).

Hello Bhaskar N,

Are you considering using the standard SAP solution for that, right?

The first thing you should do is apply the relevant OSS notes for component XX-CSC-BR-REP. Check it everyday, as the solution changes quite constantly.

Then, for each Block & Segment, run some tests to see if the standard solution delivered by SAP covers your needs or not. In some cases, you will end up having to code the solution by yourself using the BAdI BADI_J_1BEFD.
