Could you please provide some guidance on the below requirement or ideas to achieve this.
While raising the request in GRC (after selecting the role and supervisor automatically populated in the form) "Approver not found" issue is occurring at manager stage because the manager ID does not exist in GRC system.
So is there any way we can automate the Manager creation in GRC system with default roles whenever the "Approver not found" occurs or just after submitting the request and then reach to manager stage.
Note: We can not onboard all users in GRC at this time. Only some users to whom we are raising the request, those supervisors only required to be created automatically when "Approver not found" occurs.
Please suggest if there is a way.

Request clarification before answering.
You can not create users automatically run time without customization. You can add a Security stage before Manager approval stage and create the Manager manually in system at Security stage. Once it's done the next Manager stage will not fail.
