Create Request - Simplified in End User Logon Page, GRC

Hi All,

By default, Create Request - Simplified Functionality is only available in NWBC and not available in GRC End User Logon Page. Is there any way(standard or custom) to make this functionality also available in End User Logon Page.

I have checked some OSS notes also(2150370 - Simplified Access request not available on End User page), but as per SAP this is not available in GRC 10.1. We are on the latest GRC 12.0 version but still app is not available.

Hi Mayank,

As it is core change for SAP requirements hence raising to SAP for enhancement could take some time to go through the process of enhancement but customer can still use their development team to customize needed thing to change but SAP cannot provide any recommendation on this development as it is not part of core functionality for end user page.

Hi Mayank,

I dont think this is available in 12.0 either because the end-user access is provided for non-SAP user in order to utilize basic GRC functionalities which is why no LPD_CUST available to configure.

In case, you need this requirement to considered for End User screen then it should be an enhancement request to SAP in order to create needed changes to add into End User page.

Thanks for providing your inputs. Also could you please let us know if these changes will be explicitly done by SAP Team or is there any documentation through which our internal development team can also do the required changes. We could not find any documentation or feasible solution to include Simplified Access Request on End User Page. We already checked SAP Access Control 12.0 End User Logon Configuration Guide.
