Can we create multiple Controlling Areas in S/4HANA Public Cloud based on the client requirement?

Controlling Area

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud there is only one controlling area. This configuration cannot be changed under any circumstances.

I need to add the company code of the country that uses COA separately. Can't I add the controlling area in this case too?
