create a rule that starts a workflow when a FTE is changed

Hi Team

I am trying to create a rule that starts a workflow when a FTE is changed, but i have several doubts when it comes to it, for example:

- Should i insert the rule in the MANAGE OBJECT CONFIGURATION- POSITION- SAVE RULES and/or the FTE field of the object? or should i enter it in the manage business configuration job info FTE field?

When it comes to create the rule, what base object and parameteres do i need to establish?
