/CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROVIDER package but the loading job struck /CPMB/CONVERT

hi,

We are using SAP NW BPC 7.5 SP13. Today we are running /CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROVIDER package but the loading job struck /CPMB/CONVERT.

the error message shown as in the back end RSPC transaction is  "

Job or process BPCCONVERT, waiting for event

RSPROCESS 49D207PAZ8MQVTZYD10RZKE8K is unknown"

The job status is finished in SM37 and in BPC Excel VIEW PACKAGE STATUS showing the job is running.

please help anyway to resolve issue.

Thanks for reply.

I don't have time to go for it, I did Validate & process transformation file then there is error " Validation with data file".

My conversion file looks ok still getting this issue

Hi,

Activate business content using UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT from SE38.

Select only Activate BI Business Content
