Count of documents in GTS

Hi experts,

As part of our job we are reviewing and releasing many documents on a daily basis. Releasing on SPL blocks, legal control blocks and embargo blocks. To get an idea of the performance we would like to have a count of all releases done. So we can see how many we have done in a day, a month, or during a certain time period. We haven't been able to find an existing transaction for that, nor can we find in what tables we could possibly retrieve this information. Does anybody have the answer to that? Let me know if you need more input.

Hi Corinne,

GTS Cockpit have the standard reports for each process , which will fulfill your requirement. SPL releases for BPs and Documents can be get from SPL Audit Trail for BPs and Documents and Embargo in the released Embargo documents.

You will find this in the Audit trails,And Alternatively, for documents you will also find this in the check log.
