Could not find import/export licenses

Hello,

I am working on a demo to show the License Processing function to our business and came across this issue.

I verified configuration settings as much as I know and still not able to find the root cause for this error. I also searched relevant threads and finally posting to get some help.

Since it is for demo, I just used country as my criteria. Export license has been maintained for the countryt.

When I try to create sales order, I get error "could not find any import/export licenses". I am providing the screen shots.

Please review and guide me if I am missing something.

Thanks for providing detailed description of issue and all the relevant screenshots in one go. Well done. All the settings and license looks correct from the outset. However i would still request for following additional information:

1) Can you grab the screenshot of error log from time of check time stamp.

2) Can you grab screen shot of following SPRO settings for statuses:SAP Global Trade Services -> SAP Compliance Management -> Legal Control Service -> Control Services for Legal Control Service -> Legal Regulation ECCUS -> Allowed Status -> Detail of Status "License Active".

Can you please choose the value " D Application Accepted - License is Active" for field status which is blank in your screenshot for status 0004 - License Active".

Please recheck the document after doing this change.

Now I get a different error. unable to find any active legal regulations for determination procedure.

Hi Sri,

I think you have messed up determination procedure for legal regulation for legal control. Check following SPRO path: SAP Global Trade Services -> SAP Compliance Management -> Legal Control Service -> Assign Determination Procedure for Active Legal Regulation.

I had to update the determination strategy to ALRG01.
