Copy the Delta data from lower environment to upgraded environment

Hi,

We have system named PG1 which is SAP GRC10.1 and PG2 is new system which is in GRC 12.0

We have copied data on 19th of October from PG1 to PG2.

After 19th there many requests which got raised in PG1 system, that needs to be copied to PG2.

Could you please suggest the way to copy the delta data.

And please confirm by copying it will not effect the GRC version of the system in PG2.

Any specific table data need to be copied to PG2 for delta requests.
