Copy package failure(Warning)

Hello All,

I am trying to copy data from one region to another using Copy Package. I have tried using copy data records with match key. I am getting a warning and the copy is unsuccessful. PFA screenshot of the package log.

Use standard "Move" package! No issues.

Ensure that you have data in the source region.

Thanks for your reply.

The issue has occurred due to case sensitivity of the members. Now I'm able to Copy/move the data from one region to another.

The issue is while exporting master data to CSV from webclient, it is not case sensitive. For example if I have the member India in the master data, it is exporting as INDIA(All in CAPS).

Please help me out on this.

Warning is the result of zero source records!

There are some source records and you can see the same in the screenshot attached above. Submit count for source data=186.

I would like to copy the existing data from one region to another and delete the data in the source region. Please help me out on this as I am getting the same warning message .
