copy environment failed BPC Production

Hi Bpc Friends

Some months ago I was able to do a copy of the environment in Production.

I tried today with the user that has sap_all and after near 2 hours it failed with two dump in transaction st22 saying:

first dump:

The exception 'CX_UJA_ADMIN_ERROR' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along
the call hierarchy.

Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
adequately responded to, the running ABAP program 'SAPLUJAA' has to be
terminated.

second dump

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "CL_UJAA_APPSET================CP" had
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The error occurred during an RFC call to another system.
In the target system, a short dump has been written as well.
More detailed information on the error cause can be found there.

What should I do?

I can see the failed copy of the environment in the admin web page but it has some errors

I have applied the note 1894160

Any idea?

The error says:

Namespace and sub namespace combination is locked

Any idea how to fix that?

Hi Bpc Friend

Finally I was able to take for the first time ever a copy of our environment in Production.

Being satisfied with that I tried to take a second copy but the process ended up with an error saying that a particular user has too many profiles.

That's very strange!!

What do you think?
