COPA reversal documents

Hi,

We have reversed COPA documents manually by using KE4S00. But while doing it we missed some documents to reverse and we reversed some documents that are already reversed.

1.how to know what are the documents that are reversed initially and 

2. how to know what are the documents that are reversed twice.

Is there any way to find out ? Can we find the reversed document in any table ?
