Cookbooks or Whitepapers regarding Collections Management for FI-CA

Hi everybody

I would like to know if there is a cookbook or whitepaper or other additional information (in addition to what is already available in SAP Help) regarding Collections Management for FICA.

I am specifically interested in Worklists and Work Item functionalities and how these are used in CRM.
