Conversion error ( start and monitor migration) msg Message no. FINS_FI_MIG605 and RH161

Hi Team,

we are in conversion project from ECC 606 to S4 HANA 2021 SP1

While performing Start and Monitor Migration activity

We were in ENR steps, finally after 97% job got cancelled.

Processing status of migration activity is cancelled.

Error message as per job log is RH161 Hierarchy does not exists.

Can you please check the screen shot provided in the attachment and suggest the resolution for this.
