Control in bpc failed

Hello experts ,

we are having a problem ,users can't submit their data because the control in BPC failed .

when I checked in backend , data are okay .

I should normaly have in equation 0=0 but I have the sum of all indicators =0 so the control failed.

The control was working last month , we didn't apply any change but we have migrated HANA.

the problem is that the control doesn't take into consideration the signs of indicatos ( depending on the accout type) for example for INC accounts It should be negatif ( in BW it's OK) but while executing the control it's considering it as a Positif number .

is it because of Hana migration ?

do you have any idea on what's is causing this ?

Hello Vadim,

I have Updated my post with screenshots, CAD3 and CAD1 are INC , te same control was working last month .

when we updated the value for CAD1 and CAD3 to (-1) the control worked but it's doens't explain why we are having the error.

Hello Vadim , we are on BW 7.5 SP20 and HANA 2.0.

in the note you posted normaly we should upgrade to SP15 right ? we are already on S20 ? should I implement the snote ?
