Contract and Lease Management early termination of Leases

We have implemented Contract and Lease Management in ECC and are seeking a way to early termination 400+ leased in contracts? Does CLM have a way to give notice in mass for leased in contracts? Has anyone experienced the same requirement or knows whether there is an SAP transaction or program to accomplish these?

Dear Dev,

Yes, you have a solution in standard using the report REISCNNT.

Steps to follow:

1. You need to mass update the contract end date for the 400+ contracts which you want to early terminate. I believe you know how to do this :).

2. Run the report REISCNNT and choose the radio button - Contracts w/no Notice given as shown in below screen shot

3. Select all the contracts from the output of next screen and click on the Activate icon as shown in below screen.

Is there any way to create time slices in Mass?

A time slice tells CLM a period that the contract change is effective for. We can make contract changes for either the whole life of the contract Or a period going forward.

"Time slices" - Transaction RECN -- Change mode any Contract --> Tab "Valuation Parameters" --> Cut Time Slice

Never heard about it before. Can you help with an example?
