Consolidation Monitor and Workstatus

I face something strange,

it seems it is not possible to consolidation data when i've entité with workstatus to "submitted"

someone can confirm that ?

Your work status set in Hierarchy level,Set it in base level otherwise it is not possible.

My question was not very clear in fact

It s more general, as i do not find any documentation related to the consolidation process in BPC (even in the S-Kit documentation )

1. It seems that even entity submitted are consolidated (despite of error message :/)

2. when controls are implemanted : is it necessary to pass et execute controls to consolidate entities ? in BFC, it s possible ton consolidation with derogation some entities (meaning that all controls are not passed). do we have the same in BPC ?

Hi Olivia,

By default, control is designed to be executed at transaction data. So if you are executing controls at consolidated data, it will not work.

But there is an enhancement in BPC 10.1 SP06, controls can be executed at consolidated level.

Execute controls on consolidated data - Enterprise Performance Management - SCN Wiki

To achieve this, you will  be required to add "ENABLE_CTRL_ON_DIFF_LEVELS" in global parameters and set the values to "X".

I ve successfullly add the functionality ,

In fact , this not exactly what i was expected , because i 'd like to allow consolidation even if my controls are not passed.

i would expect to be allowed to select the same type of control drop down, but in the consolidation monitor, not only in the control monitors ...

any idea,

Hi Olivia,

To my knowledge, it is not possible to run control from Consolidation Monitor. It only gives information whether the controls are passed or failed. You can only run control form Control Monitor.
