Consolidating line items while creating export declaration

Please let me know if we can consolidate the line items while creating export declaration in GTS based on certain criteria/conditions...

Hi Kunchala,

In the standard system, you may assign an Aggregation Scheme to consolidate the item data when creating the output message (iDoc) that is sent to the Customs Authority.

If you instead want to consolidate the items during the transfer from the feeder system Billing Document to the GTS Export Declaration, you would need to add some code in the feeder system BAdI /SAPSLL/IFEX_SD0C_R3.
