Configuration for sending JVA billing documents as pdf in email in SAP S4HANA CLOUD

Hi All,

I would like to know is there any configuration in SAP S4HANA Cloud to maintain email address for sending the JVA billing forms pdf (invoice & expenditure forms) in email to the individual running them in SAP as there is a client requirement for this as they want to merge all the JV billings into one document before sending it to the partners.

I tried maintaining my email addresses in one of the JV partner master data in maintain business partner app but that did not trigger the email to my mail id.

I even tried maintaining my email address in Output Parameter Determination app as below but still email is not triggering to my email id.

So could anyone provide the steps or the relevant guide to configure email address for JVA billing form output ?
