Configurable BOM setup at Product master level_BOP ID for IPR processing

Hello

We are implementing GTS with Bonded warehouse & IPR process for our client in ES-Spain and they have the configurable BOM setup in S4 Hana already done and gone live.

I was able to setup the standard IPR process by manually maintaining the BOM id & link components to it and component stock also getting depreciated under the IPR.

Now we need to transfer & Maintain the Multilevel BOM setup at Customs Management-Product master-BOM tab where its asking for BOM id and finished products Qty & components can be linked to it.

Q. If we use the " External BOM" id check under the Special Customs Procedure" how will system identify Bom ID? Which Badi to use for the transfer of BOM to GTS for customs IPR processing?

Q. how do we update the BOM ID for each product master?
