Condition in Contract

Hi there,

While Creating ReFX Contract (RECN) there is one Condition type ( One Time Actual Rent ) Not being derived/picked during the Contract Creation , we normally create contract with five different condition types however only four are bing picked in Contract.

Where as testing on QAS system behaving acurately .

Please advise how to fix it.

Hi Iqbal, based on your description I understand that the one-time actual rent condition type is not available in this new contract.

There are a few options to check:

1. check the condition group that is assigned to this contract type and make sure that the condition type is in fact included in this condition group.
2. Check if the condition in the condition group is not marked as "obsolete", as this means it would not be available in new contracts.
