Hello,
Currently we are implementing the Service Parts Management Solution of SAP. Within this solution GTS is integrated within the CRM box. So nu use of a plug in as in an R3/GTS environment.
When we save the sales order in CRM we got the message that the item is locked due to legal control.
But when we check the logs in SAP GTS via transactions /SAPSLL/BL_DOCS_EXP and /SAPSLL/CUOR04_EXP, there are no documents.
We have checked the customizing in GTS and that seems to be OK.
Does anyone has experience with working with GTS within CRM?
This would be great.

Request clarification before answering.
Use transaction SLG1 to check the log in GTS. The log will be of help to identify the issue you have.
