Commodity Price Engine - Provision Price.

Hi Experts,

I have a customer where I am calculating the price based on the market closing. The sales order is created in advance and the price at the time of creation is a Provisional Price.

Is it possible to provide a billing block at Line item level if the line item has a provisional price ?

I have done the above config and was hoping to get a like item level block in the sales order line item for provisional price. - It does not work? Is there something else we can do. 

When the final Quotation would come in we would run Reevaluation of Logistics documents to update the prices in the sales order. 

The sales order still shows provisional price. 

My understanding is if the price comes in the sales order will show the final price. Let me know if my understanding is correct.

Does anyone have a situation or scenario like this?

Hi ,

Please refer to SAP help  CPE blocking reasons  when the prices are still provisional. 
Ideally the prices should be updated even on sales order if you are re-evaluating the documents(as that does re-pricing).
