Commodity code is not updated in S/4 system

Dear Experts,

we are trying to transfer commodity code from GTS( Oracle DB) to S/4(Hana DB) by using the program - /SAPSLL/SWNAV_RETRANSFER

From GTS side we can transfer the commodity code and we can see the successful log "entries (commodity codes) to be transferred to worklist".

in S/4 side we can see the entries in the buffer table /SAPSLL/SWNAV_R3

when we execute the report /SAPSLL/SWNAV_RETRANSFER_R3 in S/4, we are getting the below log-

Material XXXXXX Country XX : Material does not need to be changed

and the commodity code is also not updated in the material master -International trade tab.

could you please tell me , am i following the correct process or anything is missing here ?

can you please try with below program in S/4 system.

S/4 Program:/SAPSLL/XPRA_1610_MARC_STAWN
