Commitment budget with VAT SAP Funding Management

Dears

Customer is using Funds management, update profile 350

I have customer requirements as follows

Total PO value = 105 USD => (Net amount 100 USD + 5 %Tax amount 5 USD )

Customer want to have the Commitment budget consumed with Total 105 USD once After PO saving

I already configured the Tax in OFUP as per note 1028277, and again it's not working as expected

I raised Incident with SAP and they referred to SPA note 72770 saying it cannot be achieved.

please advise if you come across such requirement and what was your resolution for it.
