Hello,

I have a report where I need to send comments, how do I do it without turning it into a input form? 2nd question I have is why is it that it tries to send 40 comments when I only entered 1 comment? (there are 40 columns with comment formula but I only entered in 1)

Thanks.

"how do I do it without turning it into a input form?" - you have to turn it to input form. But what is the issue - it can be read only input form

"why is it that it tries to send 40 comments" - it depends on the user option - empty comment!

Is there a simple way to turn the whole input form as read only (and keeping comments as savable?)
