comment tab in grc screen throwing error

in GRC prod-igp system, when appprover or security team trying to click on comment button, its throwing "500  internal server error".

exception CX_WDR_ADAPTER_EXCEPTION occured because of error :Error in FORMATTED_TEXT_VIEW "FORMATTED_TEXT_VIEW"of view "GRFN_NOTES_HISTORY.MAIN_VIEW" URL is not

Have you (recently) switched the Notes history to the simplified UI (SM30 view V_GRPCCUST1 indicator = NOTES_SIMPLIFIED_UI)?

Hi @Adani_Basis_Lead,

Could you please check whether there are two elements:

• are there any authorization issues happening on the approver level - this can be displayed via STAUTHTRACE (of course, assuming that you have already activated auth trace)
• please check whether you have an LTXT value on the SE75 tcode level (mentioned in: 1801435 - SE75 - Text object usage in GRC application). This is not directly connected with your issue but based on my experience it might result in some strange behaviour in system way of working for GRC and your case might follow this example
