Column custom expansion

Entity dimension has 5 region, each region has multiple zones as property as displayed in picture here.(Picture 1)

1.  User don't want to see full entity listing in context menu for this report, but want to see only 5 regions in the context menu for entity. Is it possible and how.

2. After the user selection REG001,the columns automatically need to expand the entities as per diagram( Picture 2).

How to achieve the above column expansion in a dynamic report for any elected REGIONS…some regions could have more entities and ZONEs. So column expansion needs to be dynamic

3. Is it advisable to use dimension override.

Hierarchy is not used and property is used to achive this for some unique reason. Appreciate inputs

Please explain, what do you mean by REGION? Is it a parent member of entity dimension? Please show screenshot of ENTITY dimension administration...
