CO STANDARD COSTING: ACTIVITY COST ADD

Dear Experts, 

I am facing a consulting related issued. 

In one of a client, there are 12 activity types, but SAP has limitation of only 6 activity types in resource master. Now, we cannot split the resource master in 2 parts and that would be SOP and BMR change for the client. We are maintaining only 1 activity type in the resource master, and we want to add the cost of all the remaining activity type to the standard cost. The quantity and cost center of all the activity would remain the same as of that maintained in the resource of main activity.  Cost would be maintained in KP26 but how can i call quantity of the activities during standard cost run. 

There is one solution to achieve it by template allocation but the method which I discovered for template allocation is not possible as I would be required to create atleast 12000 line items in the template. 

Requesting you to please provide a solution for the same, whether a customization or through template allocation route.
