CO Commitments integration with REFX

Hello,

We want to use the COOI table to have all SAP commitments (CO commitments).

In this table, we have commitments for MM documents associated with to PS projects, orders and costcenters .

Is it possible to have also MM documents associated with RE object's in this table?

How to activate the creation of CO commitments for MM purhcase orders created with an RE obect?

I agree with you; the account assignment is already done but how to trigger a CO commitment creation when we create a MM document associated with a RE object ?

Hi，

Sorry there is no commitment management for RE objects same as Project or Internal order or PM order.

Commitment which used for budget availability control, it's not part of re-fx system design.

Hi Julien,

CO commitment is only responsible for purchase requisition(value type = 21) and purchase order (value type = 22), you can also check it in table COOI, and after actual posted or purchase order delivered, it will be reduced accordingly.

As for Real Estate object, you will need to define the account assignment in V_T163K for real estate.

Dear Experts, if committment management is not available for RE object, can we assign a WBS element to the RE object and use the commitment management and budget control through SAP PS module?
