Clear one time customer account in EBS

Hi Experts,

When we are uploading bank statement file getting error in Feban "Enter name and city for one time account postings".

Is this possible to clear one time customer account using search string in SAP ?

Hi,

Maintain configuration for On-account posting in case the document does not get posted.

Post this the documents which were being posted to one time accounts can then be manually posted through post processing of entries created.
