CITs not getting generated in CI system

Hi Team,

We are trying to generate the CITs from SOAPUI, but the CITs are getting stuck in ACQUIRED/INVALID folder of SAP CC with the below error message
(104) JCO_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Assignment error: Overwriting of a protected field.

Could you please tell me why this error message occurs and how to resolve it.

Hi Hussain,

Can you check in the BIT mapping of charge plan if any standard field mapping is modified? Also can you please tell which webservice are you using in SOAPUI to create CITs?

Hi Ravindra,

Thanks for responding. The issue is resolved now by including the custom fields in SAP Convergent Charging under Integration in SAP CI.
