Chart used report not rendering long time spping icon loading

any one help me i am using the all jsp and js, images under the webiDHTML---dhtmllib and viewer both two folder they mentioned jsp and js and images. This is used to render the report. I need what are the jar files need for above folders jsp and js.

My issue is for chart used reports not showing long time spinnig. Which report not using the chart those reports i can able to view. Only issue whchi are the report used chart. That report not showing spping icon loading long time.

Please any one help me
