Hi guys!
I created a Charge Plan exclusive for Prepaid account, but It's not been possible to map this charge plan to the Product at SOM.
SOM allows to select the charge plan, but don't shows the parameters to link to the product characteristcs.

I'm not sure why you're experiencing this but, since this is happening on SOM's side, can you add the SOM tag to this question, to get answers from SOM specialists too?
