Changing the Work Status in NW BPC

Hi Gurus,

We are working on HANA Optimized BPC (Real Time Consolidation) 1610 FSP03.

Scenario:1 Assigning the team in a RTCENTITY Dimension for the property BPF Performer.

I’m getting a message “Current Owner is neither owner nor manager of the selected region, MsgClass RSBPCW_EXCEPTION".

I think this is happening due to when I assign Team: T_1234 to the entity 1234 in a RTCENTITY as a performer.

If I replace team T_1234 with the individual user ID as a performer for the entity 1234, I can able to perform the activity to change the work status. But it's throwing an error when I use the team T_1234 as a performer.

“Current Owner is neither owner nor manager of the selected region, MsgClass RSBPCW_EXCEPTION".

Scenario 2: How to change the work status for all entities together instead of changing for single entity.

Currently it’s allowing to select single entity to change the work status.

Is it possible to change the work status at hierarchy level if yes please let me know how it can be done?

Hello,

Please provide the screen prints of how you have configured your work status and BPF template, basically what property you are using to assign owner/performer or reviewer. Please note that BPF and work status are configured separately.

You can use entity, or any other dimension, as 'owner' dimension provided that the dimension has at least one hierarchy. Then you can set work status at parent level or push the status down to all descendants.

Now, I can able to change the work status for the entities which I assigned the Team.

Scenario:1 is clear to me and I can successfully perform the Work Status Activity.

As you requested attached the Work Status Confg and BPF Template creation screen shots.
