Hello experts
I am submitting a change user request with a system line item added with validity change and selected provisioning action as "Change user" but in the audit log getting message as "User ***** doesn't exist in the system ****"
If i submit a unlock request with a validity change and user unlock, user is getting unlocked but validity is not changed
But New user creation, role assignments are working fine as expected.
Could you please help me to resolve this issue (we have upgraded our system from SP09 to SP19)
Foundation system: GRC 12 SP19
Satellite system: GRCPINW V1200_750 0019
Global provisioning settings configured as "Create user if doesn't exist" for "Role assign action" only.Account validation check maintained as "Warning" onlyPlease let me know if you need any further information
