change the user name in the package status EPM Data manager

Please suggest me to change the username in the packages status in EPM Data manager with username GAJADIS to username BPCUSER.

Hi,

You have option to give user id in variant and then run the package link with UJD_TEST_PACKAGE_LINK program. Refer attached screenshotsuseridin-variant.jpguser-id-in-package-log.jpg

from 15/2/2021 I am able to run the packages with user BPCUSER,but before15/02/2021 means I used to run the packages on 2/13/2021,2/08/2021,2/04/2021,2/03/2021 with user GAJADIS .

please suggest me how to editing the user GAJADIS to BPCUSER.

Hi Sanjeev,

You want to change user id for package link logs which were already completed? I dont think thats possible. Even if its possible through some custom program, we should not do that because of data audit(Data audit will show different user id and package link log will show different user id).

Absolutely correct! It's a historical data and has to show correct historical user. It's a bad idea to create fake log.
