Change from dev to pro server gives issues in Processes links

Hello experts,

We're migrating our environment from development to production server and now that we're testing we're facing issues when we try to use the processes. The error we got is because the link tries to open the original url from dev server and it results in a broken report.

We've tried the options "do not store connection" and "do not store environment" but none of these work.

Anybody had seen these errors? Any idea on how to solve this is welcome.

Hi Nidia,

How did you transport from DEV to PROD?

And what did you try to run?

Are you trying to open a report?

What do you mean by use the processes?

Hi Andy,

We restored a backup we have from the dev server. The error comes when we open an input scheduled from a Business Process Flow task. By processes i mean the called business process flows in precedent versions.

I'm using bpc 10.1 NW and epm add-in version 10 SP20

Hi Nidia,

For best practice you should transport using RSA1

try update the BPF in PROD to link to the PROD's file?
