Change Email Standard Content in SAP PC 10.0 notification

Hi,

In GRC PC 10.0 I need to change the standard text that appears as "Create a CAPA Plan or Remediation Plan and assign it to a processor. Alternatively, you may resolve the issue by yourself without any plan" to something else.

I have referred to SCN content

however unable to figure out which message template to change.

Can anyone please help with this?
