Change default from access request and add additional tab

Hi expert,

Is it possible to change default from "access request form" for Request type and request for?

*I want every time user open "access request form" there was default for field request type and request for

In SAP ECC (SU01D) there was information regarding Parameter and Lic.Data, where I can fill this information in SAP GRC - Access request form?

*I want to create user access through SAP GRC but I don't find any field/tab to fill this kind of information

For License type see note 1736817. For setting the parameters see note 1615552. As for the default request type and request for, maybe someone else knows.

I had not noticed that it was pulling search help from the GRC system. Maybe you can create a custom search help in GRC that has all the various values you need. As I said before, we were not pursuing this path but are looking at a user exit in the plug-in. Unfortunately the EUP does not address license types. Hope this helps.

But, I have a little question regarding sap note 1736817. Is that possible if LIC Data type is selection type like SU01 instead of free text?

Do you have any suggestion or recommendation ?

My expectation is the user can fill Lic.Data just like on SU01 (Selection type)

Did you add search helps on the custom fields?

We added two fields, for two different systems we were provisioning to. I think you will need to only add one. Our implementation actually will not use this method, since we will provision via a Web Service, not via the Access Request screen. The Web Service does not handle License type, so we are using a BAdi in the plug-ins to set it. You can see from below that the pull down on the field brings in both the number and the long description.
