CEA has a sufficient Budget in the system but still Its showing error Budget exhausted

Hi Everyone,

Can anybody help me in the issue of solving "Budget Exhausted Error for Raising an Invoice as the CEA has a sufficient budget in the system.

CEA has sufficient budget in the system but still i am unable to raise an invoice as its showing error "BUDGET EXHAUSTED".
