CCM controls reports are not triggered and not present in swia but are visible in GRC report.

Due to some issue our ccm controls(workitems) are not triggered . And not visible in swia but while fetching report they are visible. How to find out these stuck controls and release them ?

Hi Anulok,

Is your business rule for control defined as Monitor value to Review required. If business rule is defined as monitor value then workitem will be triggered if control is deficient.

Hi Amit,

Actually generally workitems triggers but due to some issue in system for specific dates ,Workitems did not trigger. But while fetching reports workitems is there in report but not in swia.
