Hi All
We are having a problem with CC Contract activation not happening automatically.
It was working fine. We had a file system full situation and everything was hung up. We increased space and restarted the system and then observed above system
I am sap basis consultant and not a CC expert. Any pointers on what could be the issue ?
We have ACTIVATION_SCHEDULER_RECURRENCE and ACTIVATION_SCHEDULER_SUBSCRIPTION_ENABLED parameter properly configured and ACTIVATION_SCHEDULER_LAST_TRIGGER shows current date/time

There is no proper admin guide for CC . Everything seems to be controlled with some parameter.
Everything works fine for weeks until function team would complain like this activation issue or bits not getting created, and not being a function person, it becomes difficult to help except checking log files
Should be a working cookbook for basis , I guess.

If you did not change the system's configuration, besides increasing the disk space on the file system, the issue certainly comes from something else (plus, the values of your ACTIVATION_SCHEDULER_ parameters seems to be fine).
Checking the rater's and the dispatcher's trace and log files is therefore necessary now.
If you need help with this, can you rather please open a BCP ticket, on component IS-CC, so you can send these files?
