My SAP S4 customer on S4 2023 on Prem - private cloud - on rise  is looking to sunset their High Radius integration to manage cash application processes.

Information on the Bank Statement on cash collection is limited and hence my customer relies on remittance advices sent by their customers via email (either with the relevant data within an attachment or presented directly on the email) to carry out cash application.

Does SAP S4 2023 On Prem support this requirement?

Or will we need a Document Management / Image reader software and custom programs to replace the functions currently provided by High Radius?

But it's still being enhanced with functionalities. But you should reach out to your account manager and ask about a roadmap with a possible integration into remittance advices.
