Carry Forward Residual Budget By Entering Percentage

Hi All,

I have a question about the residual budget. I would like to carry forward the residual budget by entering the percentage. I found this transaction "FMMPPCLO" but in budget type, there are transfer budget types TR01 and TR02 but with these budget types I couldn't carry forward the residual budget to 2021. It seems that these budget types work for only transfer in a year. I would like to add another budget type also which is BT01 but I don't know how to add this budget type to that program or ıs there any other program that ı can carry forward by entering percentage? Please see the screenshots below and advise me.

You can set the percentage when you define your rules for carry-over in FMYC strategy

As far as I can see, there is no percentage area. I mean the customer doesn't want to carry all residual budget. They would like to give a percentage that's why I can not use FMMPCOVRN.

Actually, why don't you use FMMPCOVRN, which is more proper for carry-over?

Check the assignment of your budget types to processes in SPRO:

Funds Management Government - Budget Control System (BCS) - Budgeting - Definition of Budget Data - Budget Types - Define Budget Types

Make sure that the relevant process is assigned to the budget type.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I don't know whether you saw the screenshot or not but even if I assigned CORV Carry For. Recv and COSD Carry For. Send to "TR01" budget type, the system doesn't carry forward a residual budget to 2021. The system detects Receive and Send processes which work for only a year transfer.

I would like to add budget type "BT01" which contains CORV Carry For. Recv and COSD Carry For. Send to "FMMPPCLO". How can I add it to that program?
