Hi All,
My client is was using ECC till April 2020 for Customer accounts. They moved to FICA on 30th April 2020. Do they need to carry forward Customer balance for April 2020 as part of year end activity.
Please suggest.

Hi Nidhi,
Yes they have to migrate open items to FICA. For e.g. outstanding invoice, security deposit paid by customer, advance payment by customer etc.

We do not do any carryforward for FI-CA customer accounts. The carryforward is handled at the general ledger level for accounts
