          I am an engineering grauate and got my first project in SAP BPC 10.1 (Standard Version) , I wan't to know what should i do to excel in this field and from where i can learn BPC in depth.

An engineering student can't spell Career, mmm.

for BPC you need to be good with Excel, using formulas etc.

start with BPC help, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP NetWeaver - SAP Libraryhttp://help.sap.com/bopacnw100

you will have an overview of BPC.

the best would be to learn from senior consultants.
