Cannot save the chargeable item class

I'm trying to recreate a chargeable item class via Core Tool and I've already tried using Cockipt, but I'm getting the error:

Cockpit:

"Sorry, your app cannot save the chargeable item class. View the message details and take an action.

If this happens again, contact the IT administrators for your systems.

ERROR CODE: OBJECT_PREREQUISITE_MISSING

MESSAGE:

null argument 'type'"

Core tool:

null argument 'type'"

Could you help me or suggest a way to resolve it?
